CANDIS PENISTON

RSW, Spiritual Director, Psychotherapist (Q)

My name is Candis Peniston and I am the founder of Centre Bethany Centre. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). I have a Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Bachelor Degree in Sociology, a Master’s Degree in Ministry and Spirituality with a Diploma in Spiritual Direction.

I have worked in the field of Social Work for over 20 years and as a Spiritual Director for over 5 years. I am passionate about African culture and incorporate this perspective in my services in Counselling and Spiritual Direction.
